Elizabeth met Irene at one of her talks and workshops in San Francisco and immediately valued her grounded honesty and curiosity about human potential, consciousness, and expanded states of awareness.
She also deeply respects Irene as a strong, accomplished woman who built an extraordinary career in the male-dominated world of Silicon Valley.
They share a deep passion for design, and Elizabeth especially admires Irene’s exquisite sense of design. Their friendship deepened during a weeklong Dr. Joe Dispenza retreat, where they became soul sisters.
Irene first experienced Elizabeth’s Expanded Intelligence over dinner in her backyard, when Elizabeth spontaneously described two men who had previously lived on the property, including distinctive physical details Irene confirmed. She has experienced Elizabeth’s Expanded Intelligence many times since and understands its value firsthand.
For three decades, Irene has been at the forefront of technology and design, leading design organizations at Google, Yahoo!, and Udacity and advising founders as a Design Partner at Khosla Ventures. She has taught at Stanford University and serves as a Trustee of the Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum. Today, her research into Natural Intelligence explores human potential, consciousness, and expanded states of awareness.
Tim Chang

Elizabeth met Tim at The Portal, which he co-founded, at a panel with the creators of The Telepathy Tapes. She was immediately drawn to his intellectual curiosity and openness to unconventional ideas. Afterward, Elizabeth challenged something he had said about psychic abilities being limited to children and told him she could teach him. Tim was curious enough to find out.
He invited Elizabeth to speak and lead a workshop at his birthday celebration. That night, for the first time, she publicly came out as an evidentiary clairvoyant psychic medium. Tim made her feel safe, celebrated, and valued at a moment when that meant more to her than he probably knew.
Tim was also a skeptic. Elizabeth can still remember his jaw dropping when he experienced his own intuition during her workshop. Since then, he has experienced her Expanded Intelligence firsthand and hosted her on The Portal podcast.
What connects them is a shared curiosity about human potential and a belief that as humanity increasingly offloads cognition to artificial intelligence, developing our innate human capacities becomes even more important.
Tim previously led consumer technology investing at Mayfield Fund and was named to the Forbes Midas List.
Today, Tim advises founders building for the betterment of humanity and devotes much of his work to consciousness and human flourishing.

Before Elizabeth ever met Damon, she saw his photograph and intuitively knew they would become friends. Soon afterward, she met him at The Portal, where he was a panelist discussing his work featured in The Telepathy Tapes.
Over a long breakfast later that week, Elizabeth told Damon about her near-death experience and how strongly she had not wanted to come back. He understood. Having extensively studied people who have had NDEs, Damon brought a rare scientific perspective to one of the most profound experiences of Elizabeth’s life.
Damon has since experienced Elizabeth’s access to Expanded Intelligence many times. The first was when she told him, before anything was planned, that she and Tim Chang would meet. It happened.
Their friendship has grown through conversations, introductions to fascinating people, and now salons they facilitate together.
Elizabeth deeply respects Damon’s integrity, intellectual curiosity, and scientific rigor. What she values most is his ability to investigate extraordinary phenomena without dismissing the profound experiences of the people he studies. He wants to understand not only what can be measured, but what it means.
Damon is a researcher in affective science and experimental psychology whose work spans consciousness, near-death experiences, remote viewing, precognition, and other anomalous and non-local phenomena. He also collaborates with the research team studying potential psi-related abilities in nonspeaking autistic individuals featured in The Telepathy Tapes.
